Returns/Exchanges
Damages & Defects
We take great care to ensure your order arrives safely.
Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Notify us within 10 days of delivery at:
returns@kitchenrendition.com - Include clear photos of the damage/defect and the packaging.
- Be sure the photos show the issue from multiple angles.
Claims submitted after 10 days cannot be accepted, as carriers will not honor late reports.
If you plan to store an item for future use, please open and inspect it upon delivery to check for hidden damage.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel an order (excluding custom or made-to-order items) within 48 hours at no charge, as long as the order has not shipped.
- Orders canceled after 48 hours may incur a $20 administration fee.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
You may still request a return once the order arrives (see Return Policy).
Custom, made-to-order, and special-order items cannot be canceled after 48 hours.
Returns (Undamaged Items)
If you would like to return an item in perfect condition:
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- All returns must be approved by Kitchen Rendition prior to shipping back.
- Items returned without authorization will be refused.
Returned items must be:
- In new, unused condition
- In original packaging
- Complete with all original parts, accessories, instructions, and tags
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items that have been assembled, installed, used, or altered
- Items showing wear or damage caused after delivery
- Custom, made-to-order, or special-order pieces
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method minus:
- Original shipping costs
- Return shipping costs (customer responsibility)
- 15% restocking fee
Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected by our team or supplier.
Exchanges
Most items can be exchanged if stock permits.
