Returns/Exchanges

Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. Any damages MUST be reported to us as soon as possible and not later than 10 days from receipt of your order. For both defective and damaged products, claims must be submitted to us within 10 days of the delivery date. If you allow this time to elapse no claims can be made; a return/exchange request cannot be accepted and we will be unable to provide a replacement or refund. If you intend to store an item for later use, you should unpack it and examine the item for possible hidden damage. Any claims made after this 10 day period cannot be accepted. Please report any damages by email to returns@kitchenrendition.com. Please include proof of damage and/or defects. Pictures must be clear and show full view of the damaged/defective area for the product and packaging.

Cancellations & Refunds:
You may cancel any orders (except made-to-order or custom orders) within 48 hrs without charge or penalty as long as the order has not already shipped. Orders cancelled after 48hrs are subject to a $20 administration fee. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled and, if returned, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and return shipping costs. Because of costs incurred, custom, special order and made-to-order goods may not be cancelled after 48 hrs.

Returns:
Returns for undamaged and free of defects items must be made within 30 days of the delivery date. Return requests must be submitted to us before 30 days from the delivery date. All return requests must be approved by Kitchen Rendition before the item is shipped back to us. Any items returned without an authorization number provided by Kitchen Rendition will be refused. Please note that returned items must be in new condition, in original packaging complete with all original contents, including assembly instructions/manuals and warranty cards. Items which have been installed or assembled, or that have been modified or altered in any way, are not returnable. We cannot accept returns on made to order furniture. Sorry, we cannot accept returns due to normal wear and tear. Credits are less the shipping charges incurred for the original shipments and a 15% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
