Shipping

Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. This email simply means your order was received successfully.

After your order is placed, we verify product availability with our warehouse or supplier.

  • If all items are in stock, your payment is processed and your order moves into the shipping queue.
  • If an item is on backorder or temporarily unavailable, we will notify you right away and issue a refund or offer alternatives.

Processing Time

Most in-stock items ship within 3–5 business days.
Handcrafted or specialty items may require a slightly longer processing time; if so, this will be noted on the product page.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently offer FREE standard shipping within the United States.

Estimated delivery time after your order ships:
5–14 business days, depending on your location and the product’s origin.

Once your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive a tracking number sent to the email used at checkout.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains items from different collections or suppliers, they may arrive in separate packages. Tracking numbers will be provided for each shipment.

Shipping Address

We ship to residential and commercial addresses within the United States.
At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we are unable to reroute packages once they are in transit.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, or if your tracking shows no movement for several days, please contact us. We are happy to help investigate with the carrier.
